THE SOURCE OF YOUR BELIEF SYSTEM CONTROLS YOUR LIFE

Inspiration

- The belief system of an individual, an organization or nation, refers to their values and standards of operation. 

- Your belief system inspires what you listen to, watch, and behave. Thereby, regulating your overall experiences in life.

- Your belief system determines your mode of operation, which in turn controls the quality of your outcomes. 

- The difference among first, second and third world nations respectively, is that in their belief system.

- You can't rise above your beliefs. Possibilities arise from them.

- Do everything within your capacity to determine the source of what you listen to, watch and think.

- Our world is under the control of our belief systems.

REPROGRAMMING THE SUBCONSCIOUS

Inspiration

- To reprogram a man's subconscious mind means, to make fundamental changes within the system of man that regulates his behavioural patterns, habits, and decision making.

- The mind of a man is subdivided into the conscious, the sub-conscious and the super-conscious mind respectively.

- The same way we have "softwares" in computer systems, the same way it is in the subconscious mind of a man.

- Every man's outcome in life, family, career, business and ministry is basically controlled from the "softwares" in his mind.

- It is what your subconscious mind have programmed with that it will produce. For example, if "failure" was programmed into it, it will definitely produce a failure of that individual.

- I have discovered that loads of people blame the devil for their predicaments, without knowing that the actual problem is the "program" in their subconscious. 

- You will continue producing the same result, without effecting a new software in your subconscious mind.

ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY

Inspiration

- If you fail it is your fault, if you succeed it is your fault!

- Every individual has been designed to be the inventor of his own world.

- Accepting Responsibility is a skill everyone should learn, in order not to give room for the compromise of excellence.

- Amongst other things, "looking for whom to blame" is one of the limiting factors against accepting Responsibility.

- Accepting Responsibility is the key to quality accomplishments in any field of endeavor in life.

- Those who don't accept responsibility, don't transit beyond the past into the future.

- You can do it!

DIFFERENT CHALLENGES, DIFFERENT STRATEGY

Inspiration

- Strategies are not static or a "once-and-for-all approach" to solving problems.

- To be strategic, requires that you are flexible in thinking and "solution in orientation."

- There is no challenge, either personal or business, that doesn't have a strategy to come out of it. 

- If you can think enough, you can find a way out of any predicament in life. 

- Don't be full of assumptions if you would tackle issues adequately and accurately. 

- Strategy formulation is a learned skill anybody can develop. 

- Don't be your own limitation!

- Customers and clients don't care about your limitations, all they care about is excellent value offerings.

- Nothing keeps you on the cutting edge in your field of expertise like been excellent in what you deliver. 

- As important as money is, don't let it be your primary reason for being in business and in that field. 

- There is more to your career development and business journey, than the pursuit of "gain."

- Great people in the world of business pursue excellence in their value offerings, while the "hustlers" go after "money."

- Don't get distracted! Continuously improve on your products and services.

BUILD FOR THE LONG TERM

Inspiration

- Nothing great and outstanding is built overnight.

- Building for the long term is engaging with a vision and the requisite process to establishing what will sustainably stand the test of time. 

- Whatever that will be sustainable over time, is not built in a hurry.

- Anything or product with a high durable capacity or long shelf life, has gone through a reputable making process.

- No product, organization, or nation can be better than the investment of value that have gone into it. 

- The universality of a product is a proof of the quality of process it has gone through. 

- Building for the short term is the system that breeds mediocrity, while the long term is for excellence.
