NOBODY IS OUTSHINING ANYONE IN THE REAL SENSE OF IT

Inspiration

- It is one of the highest forms of ignorance to think that someone else is actually "Outshining" you or another.

-- Loads of people globally who are supposed to be minding their own businesses are living in bitterness and resentment towards others because they think others are Outshining them.

- Understanding that no two individuals were designed and authorized by the creator to execute the same thing will perpetually give you  peace of mind.

- It is foolishness to struggle with people and to be at loggerheads with them, on the basis of purpose.

- Truly, understanding is key to living in harmony with others and rejoicing when others are achieving great feats. 

- "Identity crisis" is actually worse than other kind of crisis within our natural sphere. 

- Nobody anywhere in the world can actually outshine you in the real context of human existence.

DEVELOPMENT IS A CREATIVE PROCESS

Inspiration

- The greatest asset on earth is man (human resources).

- Real development in any community or nation comes from the collective creativity of the people. 

- When the value of people is not tapped into, through quality education, development will be impeded. 

- When leaders are more interested in themselves rather than investing in the people, it is tantamount to wickedness. 

- The greatest thing you can do for yourself among other things, is to give yourself to quality education. 

- Nothing valuable will ever emerge from you without quality investment in your creativity potential.

TAKING RISK OR PLAYING SAFE

Inspiration

- Playing Safe in life is functioning below the least and taking risk is going beyond the mark to achieving excellence. 

- "Excellence" is not a gift, but a learned habit. "Mediocrity" is not a curse, but also a learned habit. 

- Nobody ever becomes great or small by chance, but by their adopted values and standards.

- Producing "optimally" does not come cheap, but with the cost factor of risk-taking.

- Producing "lesser than the least" comes with playing-safe.

- Producing "optimally" or "lesser than the least" are both functions of the values and standards we hold in high esteem. 

- There is more to our values and standards than just trying to manipulate people to produce optimally.

DON'T ACCEPT YOUR CONDITION AS YOUR STATE

Inspiration

- You are not what you are going through at present or at any given moment.

- Situations in life, family, business and ministry will come and go, but not expected to be a definition of who you really are.

- Don't judge yourself by your present condition or circumstances surrounding your life.

- Loads of people fall into depressive cases, which have led to the loss of lives and properties, because of this same cause of accepting ones condition as the definition of his or her state. 

- When a man loses hope in life, he has practically lost everything.

- And one of the major sources of the loss of hope, is this subject of consideration: "Accepting your condition as your state."

- You are not what you are going through, either now or in the future.

- Every man has been designed to represent the the architect and builder of their respective worlds.

- Looking for someone to blame, or finding explanations to avoid guilt is an intention of the foolish.

- If what you do or results achieved does not represent your desired objective, then you are the cause.

- Great people have mastered the art and science of not trading blames and transferring responsibilities. 

- Whatever result you see in your life, family, business and ministry, is a product of your imagination. 

- No man has anywhere to hide, because your world is bound to expose  your level of innovativity. 

- You can't afford to subject yourself to living by assumption. Take charge now!

Inspiration

- A platform is an opportunity or something that allows any enterprise to advance.

- Every "platform" exists for or subject to the direction of "purpose."

- "Purpose" is more important than any "platform."

- A "platform" is dependent on the existence of "purpose."

- Position occupied, wealth owned, or ones field of expertise, are not as important as the "purpose" to be executed through the same. 

- Little wonder why real success is not a function of 'position', 'wealth', or 'profession'. 

- Real success is attained when what you were created for, furthers the creators long term agenda.

DON'T BE IMPRISONED BY OTHER PEOPLES OPINION OF YOU

Inspiration

- Who you are is not a function of peoples opinion of you, but how you were designed to function by your creator.

- You are not a product of accident, but of God's intention.

- Loads of people have been imprisoned by other peoples opinion of them and have placed a cap over the possibilities within them.

- If you don't know who you are, the society where you live will give a definition of "you" to yourself.

- One of the most powerful antidote to the imprisonment is understanding your "purpose" of existence.

- To live without a "purpose" is to become a victim of circumstance.

- Your creator has designed you to live to the fullness of your potential.

- It is a dangerous thing not to be intentional about renewing your mind.

- Your mind is like a factory where every outcome of your life is been processed and produced.

- Your level of productivity is a function of the sophistication of your mind.

- Not to invest in renewing your mind is undoing yourself and your future.

- Renew your mind by intentionally getting yourself involved in studying, deep thinking, observation, reading, trainings, and every other personal development means.

- Your mind is more important than anything and anybody around your life. Because, if anything goes wrong with it, it will alter your perception of value and will affect your relationship with others.

- Opportunity is actually a  favourable chance or circumstance to get something important to you, done.

- Opportunity is neither a gift nor a birthright to any individual, organization, community or nation.

- Opportunity has no respect for age, gender, ethnicity, religion, nor race.

- Achieving success is a function of recognizing Opportunities and making the most of them, to your own advantage.

- How "bad your quest for change is," is one of he secrets of positioning yourself to recognizing Opportunities.

PROGRAMMED TO FUNCTION THE WAY WE DO

Inspiration

- To be programmed means, to have a software application installed that enables the  performance of a task or action.

- Nobody functions at the level they do, without a specific software in operation in them.

- Our output in terms of success or failure is a function of the "program" in us.

- What we call, culture, habit, and attitude are all products of software applications. 

- You can not control your behaviour, how you do what you do and the level of results you command, until you alter the installed software in you. 

- Even the things you fear, our expressions of possibilities and the things we dare, are all from the operating programs in us. 

- To change any system, community, organization or nation, first change the program in the people.

THERE IS MUCH MORE TO LIFE THAN PROSPERITY

Inspiration

- Living for "prosperity" alone in this life, is tantamount to foolishness and a waste of God's investment in man. 

- Man has not been designed to live for "prosperity." Prosperity exists for man to bring growth and development on earth through purpose.

- Prosperity is only a tool or an instrument in the hands of the wise to execute the purpose of their creation on earth. 

- There is only one reason why you exists, and that is for PURPOSE (key to finding meaning and fulfilment in life).

- Pursuing prosperity at the expense of PURPOSE, is living in futility. 

- There is much more to existence, having a job and doing a business. And that is, living for PURPOSE! 

- As good as it appears and sounds to JAPA. It will never be the key to finding true fulfilment in life, meaning and significance in life.

- It is only in our creator, Jesus, we can ever find the definition of our lives towards fulfilment.

Inspiration

- Every individual, organization, community and nation needs an effective support system from among other benefits, for the sustainability of growth, and development.

- A support system could be defined as a network of individuals with the capacity to provide with spiritual, intelligent, practical and psychological support.

- An Effective Support around ones life, family,  business, organization and ministry is proof of the orientation of excellence.

- A wise man once said, "The predictability of any man's success, is hinged on the books he reads and the people he associates with."

- Great success stories globally don't walk alone. Because it is one of the signs of foolishness and mediocrity.

- You need a collection of associates, mentors, coaches, consultants, counsellors, Pastors and other experts around your life. 

- Choosing an effective support system around you, is one the cheapest ways to success in life.

HOW HEALTHY ARE YOU

Inspiration

- To view the health status of a man from the absence of disease or infirmity is myopic in concept and definition.

- Health is therefore the state of complete spiritual, physical, mental, psychological and social well-being of an individual.

- Therefore, the absence or deficiency of one of its components in a man, makes such individual unhealthy.

- The health status of a man is directly proportional to the quality of success he commands in life, business, career, family and in other vocations. 

- The decisions or choices a man makes in relation to family, business, career, finance and ministry, is a function of how healthy he is.

- Your health status is actually your real status!

- I can predict how healthy you are, if I know what you listen to, who you associate with, and what comes out of you.

WHAT DO YOU REPRESENT IN PEOPLE'S IMAGINATION

Inspiration

- What you represent in the minds of people, will determine there attitude and responses towards you and your value offerings.

- This concept is not just about creating a good "first impression" in other people's minds, but about "who you really are."

- This is what excellent-oriented companies, institutions and organizations do. They are intentional about impression management.

- To thrive and succeed in any part of the world as an individual, or  organization, one of the secrets required is impression management. 

- Impression management goes beyond the "first impression concept" made in five minutes, but the consistency in beliefs, values, principles, personality, potential, purpose and whatever that defines your individuality.

- For example, if an organization within or 'without' your space is in search for an excellent oriented fashion expert, or someone who renders uncommon services in any field of business, would your name ring the bell?

- To be intentional about impression management, is to create streams of opportunities for you, your products and services in the future.

DOING CRITICAL ANALYSIS

Inspiration

- The critical analysis concept is simply about breaking situations into bits and pieces for better understanding, and for the purpose of making strategic decisions. 

- A wise man once said, "Only 3% of people really think, 7% think they are thinking, while 90% of people would rather die than to think."

- It has become a culture amongst men, that when overwhelmed with situations, they give excuses, look for things and people to blame and complain.

- When you find "success stories" anywhere globally, at the root of it is critical thinking. 

- When you fail it is actually your fault and when you succeed it is actually your fault. 

- To look for things, people and events to blame for your "failure experiences," is a proof that you are actually a failure.

- Critical thinking requires time, energy, efforts, in mindstorming, and brainstorming practices respectively and other feasibility activities to eventually come up the right decisions on any matter in life. 

- Don't you ever think that things will work by default. For every thing working there is an effective worker behind it.

- For whoever that intends building anything great, must think critically on paper.

- Greatness is not synonymous with success.

- Success is a description of achieving personal, organizational or national goals. But greatness is about the duplication or replication or multiplication of your influence in others.

- Service is about adding value and the multiplication of the same dimension of ideology, concept, influence in other people. 

- You are not truly great on the basis of the wealth you have acquired nor in the status you have attained.

- Greatness is about the impact of the sum total of your success in bringing transformation in people, places and systems. 

- A wise man once said, "A millionaire is someone who has influenced a million lives."

- The big question is, "How many people, places and systems have you influenced and impacted."

- Everything stops at the level of your growth and evolves at your level of transformation.

- The "New You" is the better version of yourself.

- Every version of yourself is limited in several dimensions, just as market products comes in various improved versions.

- A wise man once said, "You are not correct until you are current."

- To function differently and optimally, you must evolve to become a better version of yourself.

-  Of a truth, things are not really "difficult." Our experiences of difficulty are products of our inability to evolve.

- No problem in life can actually be solved at the same level it was created. Therefore, become a better version of yourself!
