Inspiration

- Competing with yourself is commitment to the process that leads to self-actualization. 

- It is an endless pursuit in futility, to engage oneself in competition with others.

- It is impossible to compete someone else and really succeed.

- What someone has been designed and anointed to fulfill is different from another.

- You can only truly succeed in what you have been designed and anointed to do in life. 

- It is a waste of time, energy and resources to forcefully engage oneself in competition. 

- Therefore, wisdom demands that you discover what you have been anointed to do in life.

Inspiration

- A part of the functions of the mind is to imagine things before they become tangible realities.

- This operational attribute of the mind is in alignment with the "law of attraction."

- This creative process of the mind serves as the crucible where all the inventions in our world from science, to technology, to art, etc., are birthed. 

- Our creator, by privilege, has made every human being as "creators" according to divine pattern. 

- Every man's profit in life and business is in the exploration of his imaginative powers. 

- Every possibility starts with the use of man's imaginative powers.

- The fundamental reason why most inventions are sourced from developed nations, is simply because of the exploration of their imaginative powers.

INTENTIONAL FORCES

Inspiration

- One of the Newton's laws says, "Everything will remain in a state of rest of uniform motion, until an external force acts on it."

- This material world or flip side of eternity is regulated by universal laws and forces.  

- This suggests that, everything you see or humans go through, are all orchestrated by forces, intentionally.

- There is nothing that happens in this material world without an "intentional force" behind it.

- It is either you are a victim of circumstance or you use these "intentional Forces" to your own advantage. 

- Primarily, these "forces" are spiritual (Either demonic or divine).

- To limit your existence to "psychology" is to position yourself to be a victim of circumstance.

TALK ABOUT SOLUTIONS

Inspiration

- The quality of a man's life proceeds from how his mind has been programmed to function.

- If you have been programmed to talk about problems, it will affect your capacity to make the right decisions, you creative acumen will be stuck and your peace will be affected negatively. 

- Whatever a man talks about is proof of what occupies his thoughts and how his mind has been programmed to function. 

- When you talk about solutions, you will always be stimulated into finding how things could be done efficiently and be innovative in your approach. 

- One of the differences between 'great people' and 'small people', is that the former talk more about 'solutions', while the latter talk more about problems'.

- If you can control what you talk about, you can control what you see in your life.

- As the saying goes, "Practice makes perfect." Start talking about solutions, over and over again until it becomes habitual.

- Integrity is the capacity of an entrepreneur to be undivided in vision, in the quality of their products and systems concerning service delivery.

- Integrity could also be described as having moral soundness as it relates to adherence to the ethics and principles of doing business.

- Every consumer, investor, and partner in business needs a higher percentage of assurance that only comes from integrity,  for retainership.

- Until investors and other associated affiliates believe in you, they won't do business with you.

- Nobody will transact business with an entrepreneur whose behavioral patterns are questionable.

- Your value in the market place is a function of your investment of quality time, energy and resources. 

- Everybody does not represent the same value in the market. 

- The measure of your value is determined by the following in the market: expertise, experience, innovativity, influence, character capital etc.

- Every man's value offerings is directly proportional to the price that will be placed on it.

- It is not what is given to you that determines your value, nor what you have, but in your value offerings that matters.

- Check the quality of your clients or customers, check your turnovers, and traffic, it will show you your brand value in the market.

- Every man's environment is a true picture or reflection of his vision, his beliefs, his standards, principles, creativity etc.

- The most profound and significant change that can ever happen to our world, is the transformation of people.

- It is only in the black continent of Africa that leaders give priority to "cosmetic projects" without investing in quality education and real time training of the people.

- As great as investing in infrastructures is, without adequate investment on the people, the same infrastructures will be destroyed by the same people.

- You must be intentional and give adequate priority on personal development.

- Your environment can never be better than your vision, your values, standards, creativity etc.

- Your attitude will set the limit for your progress and change in life, family, business and in all other human endeavours.

THE CONCEPT OF PRIVILEGE

Inspiration

- The "concept of privilege" is the ideology of being qualified by God to represent "greatness," and being "important" amongst the billions of people globally. 

- You are not a person of "importance" because you are well educated, or smarter than others, it is just simply a privilege given by God.

- Little wonder why it is said in God's good book that, "pride goes before a fall." 

- There is therefore no reason why any individual or community or nation should start having the feeling of "superiority" over others.

- Whoever you are, whatever you possess and wherever you are, is a function of God's discretion that has been termed, "privilege."

- It is a great deception for anyone to think he was self-made.

- Individuals who truly understand the "concept of privilege" are a people of deep gratitude.

GREATNESS IS NOT SELF-AGGRANDIZEMENT

Inspiration

- A truly great man is not someone who has amassed unusual wealth, but someone who is consistently making others great.

- Greatness is in the meaningful, selfless, and authentic contribution been made in the lives of men and the society at large.

- No single individual has been made to be "great" for himself or herself. Greatness exists for others!

- "Greatness" is not a gift and there is nothing as a "self made" man.

- Every truly great individual will let you know that greatness is not a function of the "smartness" but by the making of God. 

- The sustainability of greatness is in humility. 

- Humility is a function of understanding that you are only privileged by God to be who, what and where you are.

- Restlessness could be described as the ability to remain uncomfortable with the status quo, and with the current level of success.

- "Comfort" is the crucible where greatness, visions, and ideas are destroyed.

- Whatever a man tolerates, he will never be able to change.

- Until you are willing to to succeed, you will never become a success. 

- The level of underdevelopment in Nigeria is traceable to our lack of restlessness with where we are. 

- In a time where developed people and nations are talking about "Artificial intelligence" our own government is still struggling,  interacting with and stealing "crude oil."

- Until there is a "mental shift," we may never experience personal, communal and national shift respectively.

THREATENED OR MOTIVATED

- To be threatened by other people's success, is to express personal insecurity and a weak sense of self-esteem. 

- To be motivated by other people's success, is to express personal security and a healthy sense of self-esteem.

- One of the worst sources of insecurity in our society is the expression of a weak sense of self-esteem from people.

- For us to have a better and a well secured system and a peaceful society, a reorientation structure on standards and values must be put in place. 

- Man was not designed to compete with each other, but to collaborate and complement each other.

- It doesn't matter what others have achieved, they can't add "yours" to their own.

- One of the secrets of success in life, relationship, business, career and all other endeavors, is a healthy sense of self-esteem.

- Everything that is valuable in our world is of great price.

- The price of a product is a function of the sacrifices and investments that have gone into its production. 

- To become a person of value to any organization or your world, you must be intentional about your sacrifices and investments. 

- Therefore, no business, ministry, marriage, community or nation can be more valuable than the sacrifices that have been paid.

- Life is controlled by universal laws, known also as principles. 

- Output will always be commensurate to input. It is a universal law.

- Our creator designed man to be the architect of his own experiences and events.

- The question is: what do you believe as an individual concerning your life, your family, and your organization.

- Nothing in anyone's life just happens by probability.

- Intelligence is the capacity of a man's mind to understand principles, truths, concepts, facts, meanings, knowledge acquisition and to practice the same. 

- It is dangerous for a man not to invest in the growth and development of his mind. 

- Intelligence will always find expression in every area of life, including: marriage, finance, business, career, and ministry. 

- The level of your intelligence is the level of quality of your life.

- Nations are classified into: first, second and third world respectively. It is actually the developmental  classification of the human mind. 

- Underdeveloped nations would rather die than to go for "intelligence."

- Intelligence could be classified further into: Technical, emotional, social, cognitive, financial, and spiritual intelligence respectively.

WHEN YOU DON'T LOOK LIKE WHERE YOU COME FROM

Inspiration

- This subject of discourse describes becoming a mystery or contradicting the "odds of negativity" in your background.

- That you were born under the circumstances of penury or poverty should not define your future.

- It is so absurd that loads of individuals repeat the same cycle of negativity in their background.

- You will also agree with me that the cycle of colonialism is still in force till date in the continent of Africa, but executed and manifesting in different versions. 

- In the African continent; including Nigeria, one of the marks of a successful person is relocation (Japa). And little did we know that "slavetrade" is still been repeated. 

- Repeating the same negativity over and over again, is the definition of madness. 

- The greatest undoing of the black continent is not about what happened to us, but the repetition of colonialism. 

- Be intentional not to look like the negativity in your background.

- The res ponsibiliy of creating your own world is not the hands of another, but in yours.

- Your creator wired you with inherent capabilities to produce the commensurate possibilities in your world.

- Every man's future lies within him.

- One of the reasons why we don't see opportunities in the infrastructures and resources around us, is because of the failure of exploring our intrinsic capabilities. 

- Stop looking for help from the people around you, if you have not explored that which has been invested in you by your creator.

- Your wealth and greatness is in you.

- Take up the challenge of creating your own world.
