BEHAVING WISELY

Inspiration

- The behaviour of a man could be described as, the manner of acting or controlling oneself towards people, things, under varying conditions. 

- One of evidences to know th quality of wisdom and intelligence of a man, is through his behaviour.

- The behaviour of a man can either make or mar is destiny forever. 

- A man's behavioural patterns can be traced to his core values and beliefs he holds in high esteem. 

- "Behaving wisely" is an expression of superior intelligence.

- "Behaving wisely" is not a gift, but a product of decision, discipline, and determination.

- Nothing sustains and secures success like the intelligence of a man's behaviour.

THINKING IS NOT A GIFT

Inspiration

- According to a research conducted, it was deduced that only 3% of people think, 10% think they are thinking, while 87% would rather die than think.

- To think means, to exercise the mind or ones power of reason, in order to make inferences, decisions, or arrive at a solution.

- Thinking is neither a gift, nor a transferable skill. It is a learned skill!

- Thinking is associated with socioeconomic development and all other forms of transformation.

- Transformation of any magnitude in life, is directly proportional to the thinking quality of the people involved.

- People, communities and nations, are not poor because of the colour of their skins, nor geographical location, but because of the quality of their thoughts. 

- If you can explore you mind's power effectively, it will produce greatness out of your life.

EVERYTHING YOU HAVE IS IMPORTANT

Inspiration

- One of the worst things to do in life, is to "relegate" or "look down" on what you have.

- Whatever your creator designed you with, has uncommon market value and is important to the fulfilment of your dreams and goals in life.

- Whatever you have may not be "popular," but it doesn't reduce its value in the market place, if properly harnessed. 

- Until you start using what you have, you will never realize the value of the same.

- You don't need to have what others have to be great in life. Just use what is available to you!

- There is nothing you were designed with, that is a product of coincidence or an "afterthought."

- If you can explore what you have with courage, you can achieve the impossible!

DON'T STOP DOING WHAT WORKS FOR YOU

Inspiration

- What works for a man is that particular dimension of expertise or competence or intelligence that produces outstanding results and is done sweatlessly.

- It must be critically understood that, what works for one may not work for another.

- Nothing changes a man's life like aligning his life and sticking with what works for him.

- A man's "highest favours" will come from what he does that produces highest returns.

- Yours may not be "popular" or "conventional," but if that is what works for you, then stick with it!

- The Nigerian who just broke the "Guinness world record" in Chess, is a proof and a good example of "what works for a man."

- Whatever investment you need to make, give it your best shot!

BOTH THE WORKING STRATEGY AND DRIVE COMES FROM GOD

Inspiration

- It is "demonic and deceptive" to assume that success is a function of "hightech strategies and drive."

- It doesn't matter the "vehicle" through any invention emerges and evolves; God made it happen!

- The earth is the Lord's and it's fullness thereof, the world and they that dwells there in.

- There is no basis for "arrogance," "pride" and "the foolishness expressed in comparison" amidst people. 

- It is an act of "insanity" to say there is no God! Everything comes from Him!

- The lack of acknowledging God, is what has given rise to "chaos, corruption and imperfections," despite the advancement. 

- Do all the strategic stuffs , question the patterns, pursue your vision, but remain with the attitude of gratitude to Jesus!

CELEBRATE LITTLE SUCCESS

Inspiration

- Celebrating little success is an attitude and not a gift.

- Celebrating little success is not a definition of mediocrity, but one of the strategies for developing a healthy self-esteem and exploring the acumen of creativity.

- Celebrating little success is appreciating your creator for what He has enabled you to achieve, in anticipation for greater exploits.

- Celebrating little success empowers a man for performance evaluation, that leads to growth and development.

- Nobody, no organization, no community and nation emerges great overnight. It is a function of process.

- Lack of appreciation and gratitude leads only to the alternative of retrogression.

- It is better to "grow big" than to "blow big."

Inspiration

- It is more difficult to manage foolishness than Wisdom.

- Foolishness is a description of squandering all you earn without any form of savings and investment. 

- Foolishness is a description of borrowing for the acquisition of liabilities, and for factors without any meaningful advantage. 

- Foolishness is a description of trying to please men at the expense of your psychological balance and wellness. 

- Foolishness is a description of having the wrong posture, and expecting to make the most of Opportunities.

- Foolishness is a description of being intentional in corruption and expecting socioeconomic development. 

- Foolishness is not a factor of production. Choose wisdom!

THE IMPACT-ORIENTATION

Inspiration

- Staying alive requires impact, donation, contribution and positive influence. 

- The "Impact-Orientation" is the concept of placing priority on making meaningful contribution, rather than just occupying space.

- It is a "curse" to exist without influencing your world and exiting without been felt.

- It is another dimension of "wickedness" to exist without making any meaningful contribution to the socioeconomic space where you live.

- It is "foolishness" not to be among those solving problems and adding value to our world.

- It is "failure" on the part of any man whose existence defines "consumption above production."

- Only those who are making things happen, are those qualified for greatness.

Inspiration

- "Tangibles" are things that are perceptible by the human senses, most especially through the sense of touch. 

- To be ignorant of the fact, that there is more to life than having "status symbols," is to express perpetually the "poverty of the rich."

- There is more to everything in this material world. Therefore, seek to gain understanding of that reality. 

- One of the reasons why loads of people have become too "full of themselves" is because of the ignorance that comes with it. 

- There is more to life than having a "good, well paid job and secured job."

- There is more to life than having billions of "cash" in your Bank account.

- Your understanding of "the more to life" is what puts a man on the path to fulfilment in life.

THINK AND GROW RICH

Inspiration

- Real money is not 'paper', but intangible value.

- "Intangible value" are thoughts and ideas in the minds of people. 

- If God didn't need money to create the world, but “thoughts." Therefore, if your thoughts are of marketable value, money will flow your direction. 

- Poverty or prosperity is a function of the mind to create ideas.

- You are as poor or wealthy as your thoughts.

- Real products and services in the market place are actually 'ideas'.

- Why do we have low GROSS DOMESTIC PRODUCT in Nigeria? It is a function of the low-quality marketable ideas we produce.

- It will interest you to know that, over 81% of those working in Nigeria, work in unproductive sectors (verified).

LIFE IS A RESPONSIBILITY

Inspiration

- Everything in the life a person, only grows and develops at the level of responsibility of the person involved.

- A wise man once said that, "Responsibility means, response to ability."

- Everyone in life is responsible for either their experiences of failure or success.

- The quality of responsibility is directly proportional to the standard of productivity. 

- In fact, to look for someone to blame, and the giving of excuses for failure, are evidences of irresponsibility. 

- Responsibility could simply be described as effective and efficient management of resources for the actualization goals and visions.

- The availability of resources doesn't make people responsible. Little wonder why, wealthy nations with natural resources, are the most irresponsible.

- Not to do the right thing at the right time is laziness.

- Not to be able to do things yourself habitually, and relying on others to get the job done, is Laziness.

THE POWER OF OPTIMISM

Inspiration

- Optimism, which could be likened to 'hope', serves as a major influence on productivity. 

- Where optimism is low, productivity will be low and where optimism is high, productivity will be high. 

- Optimism inspires the production and functionality of dopamine, which in turn sparks up creativity. 

- Nations where optimism is high, socioeconomic development will be high and vice versa.

- The black continent seems not to be experiencing transformation, because majority of the people are not happy and lack optimism.

- There is a connection between the standard of living and optimism. 

- Poverty doesn't breed growth and development. It is the prosperity of the people that does.

EXPERTISE IS NOT A GIFT

Inspiration

- To become an expert in any field of life means, you have metamorphosed from being a novice, to being competent and to beyond being  experienced.

- Expertise is another word for being a master in your craft.

- There is no such gift as the "gift of Expertise."

- Professionals don't become expert in any field without learning or without the investment of time, energy and resources.

- To become an expert in any field is to become a reference point and a source of influence. 

- To be gifted is not enough! It is the investment of time, energy and resources that turns it into skillfulness.

- To become an expert, there is a critical need for attitudinal transformation.

- Knowledge of how to muster resources in accomplishing what is important to you or your goals.

- Knowledge of how to balance and manage success and power

REACTIVE ORIENTATION

Inspiration

- It is either you have been programmed to be reactive or proactive.

- Reactive people and  nations have been programmed to respond only to changes in the environment where they live and without. 

- People and nations with "reactive Orientation" don't have control over their lives, resources and destinies. 

- People and nations with "reactive Orientation" don't have a system of their own that can ever produce development. 

- "Reactive Orientation" kills innovation and relegates potentially great people and nations to the background.

- "Reactive Orientation" has nothing to do with gender, race, ethnicity, or potential, but beliefs, ideologies and standards.

- People or nations deserves whatever they have and wherever they are.

IGNORANCE DESTROYS

Inspiration

- The only antidote to ignorance is knowledge or light.

- What you don't know is more powerful than you as a person and has the potential of bringing destruction, retrogression and stagnation into your life, family and business. 

- One of the standards you must uphold to become indispensable, is that of continuous learning. 

- Nothing brings transformation into any life, business, family, society and nation, like knowledge.

- Any society and nation where the acquisition of knowledge is not a priority, it will end up as a third world society and nation respectively. 

- One of the reasons why the African continent is backward, is because we don't pay attention to superior and quality education. 

- In 'first world nations', leaders invest in quality education, but in 'third world nations', leaders look for projects to steal money.

Inspiration

- True greatness is not in the accumulation of wealth.

- True greatness is not in the position occupied. 

- True greatness is not in the fame and accolades received.

- True greatness is in the multiplication of influence.

- Multiplying ones influence means, raising others, and mentoring people into self-actualization.

- True greatness is in the number of people you have successfully empowered to lead.

- Until this becomes a personal or national culture, our society will never experience real socioeconomic development.
